refunds and cancellations

order cancellation

orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under our return policy below. to request a cancellation, email support@takelyte.com with your order number.

returns

we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products received damaged, defective, or not as described; incorrect products delivered; or size/fit issues (unworn, unwashed, with original tags). products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

how to request a return

1. email support@takelyte.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos. 2. our team will review the request within 48 business hours. 3. if approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share a return address.

refund processing

once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of inspection. refunds are credited to the original payment method. bank processing times typically take an additional 5–7 business days.

non-returnable items

personalised or made-to-order products, products marked as final sale or clearance, and innerwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return or refund.

failed or duplicate payments

if a payment was debited from your account but the order was not confirmed, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days. if you do not receive the refund, please contact us with the transaction reference.
